The Specialty Food Association has partnered with the Fine Chocolate Industry Association, a nonprofit organization that supports development, innovation, and best practices in the fine chocolate industry.
As part of this relationship, the FCIA will participate in the Specialty Food Association’s 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. With a fine chocolate-centered pavilion, the FCIA will highlight fine chocolate to a significant audience of specialty food professionals. The pavilion will include a speaking stage for educational presentations about the fine chocolate industry and exhibit space for chocolate samplings and pairings.
”FCIA represents excellence in the world of chocolate,” says SFA President Phil Kafarakis. “Their presence at the Winter Fancy Food Show offers attendees an extraordinary opportunity to learn more about premium chocolate and enables us to help strengthen relationships between the fine chocolate community and our retail and foodservices buying community.
